If something I want is sold out will you make it again?
It depends on the item. If I have the fabrics available I will do my best to restock the item. There are some items that I, unfortunately, won't be able to restock this can include limited edition, one-of-a-kind, and seasonal items. As the business grows I'll be able to proactively keep best-selling products and prints in stock throughout the year.
Do you sell your products at in-person events?

How long will it take to ship my order?
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. After that items are shipped via USPS and a tracking number is provided via email.
Can I buy online and pick up in person?
Absolutely! When you purchase your items on the website, select local pickup at checkout. I'll notify you when your item is ready for pickup at the studio. Your purchase will be processed and available for local pick up in 1-3 days in Blue Springs, MO.
What are your shipping rates?
I offer flat rate shipping fees based on your total purchase costs.
Why does it cost so much for shipping?
Shipping costs are one of the biggest challenges small businesses face. While I'd love to offer free shipping at this time it's not financially possible. After research, I decided to do a flat rate fee for shipping. While it might seem like you're paying a lot when you get your package you'll notice the actual cost for me is more than you paid. I will continually review shipping costs and adjust my shipping costs. Don't forget if you live locally you can pick your order up in Blue Springs, MO.
What if I completed my order but then saw something else I want to order, do I have to pay the shipping on both orders?
No, you don't but there are a few rules:
- Both orders must be shipped to the same address.
- The first order hasn't already shipped out.
- Your total purchase amount for both orders must fit within the shipping range you already paid for.
If this happens you can select the local pick-up option and email GreenSquirrelStudio1@gmail.com to let me know you'd like your orders combined. If you forget to select the local pick-up option then I will happily reimburse the shipping costs.
How long will it take to ship my order?
All orders will ship within 3 - 5 days after purchase. If for some reason there is a delay in shipping your order you will receive an email.
What if I want to return an order?
I do not offer returns at this time. If you have a concern about your order please email greensquirrelstudio1@gmail.com within 2 business days of delivery detailing your concern.
What if my order arrives damaged?
I take a lot of precautions to prevent damage to orders. Please email greensquirrelstudio1@gmail.com so I can help you resolve any issues.
